Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items, are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact Us: Email admin@ajjs.com.au or call (03) 5250 9778 within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item: Send the item(s) to the address provided, ensuring they are securely packaged.
Note: Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain returns; this will be communicated during the return process.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@ajjs.com.au.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
