1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by AJJS - All Things Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing up and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Eligibility
To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid website, social media presence, or other platform relevant to gaming.
Not be engaged in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Promotion
You will receive unique tracking links to promote our website and games. You may place these links on your website, social media, or other approved channels.
You agree NOT to:
Use misleading or deceptive advertising.
Spam any online platforms or users.
Use paid ads that bid on our brand name or misspellings thereof.
Promote us on adult content, hate speech, or illegal content platforms.
4. Commissions and Payments
Commissions are earned when a referred user completes a qualifying action (e.g., game sign-up, purchase, or other conversion as defined).
Commission rates are 3.3% and may be subject to change with notice.
Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum threshold of $25.
Payments are made via bank transfer and are subject to a 3-day holding period to allow for fraud and refund checks.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for:
Violation of these terms.
Suspected fraud or abuse.
Inactivity for more than 3 months.
You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our website. All intellectual property remains our sole property.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this Program.
8. Modification of Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
