Pre-Order Policy

Purchasing Pre-Order Items

By purchasing an item labeled PRE-ORDER, you are reserving a copy of a game that has not yet been released or is on back-order. The amount paid will be the full retail price, including taxes and any applicable shipping fees. This payment secures your pre-order and is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to our own circumstances. If a pre-order is canceled by the distributor or publisher, refunds will follow the guidelines outlined below. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, and we will notify you via email if this occurs.

Pre-Order Stock and Allocation

Manufacturers may release products in waves or limited quantities. We process and ship pre-orders in the order received. If you pre-order multiple copies of the same item, promotional items (if available) may be limited to one per customer. In the event of limited stock, we will contact you with the option to maintain your pre-order for future restocks. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded according to our policy.

If a pre-order is discontinued by the distributor or manufacturer, we will issue 100% store credit for the product price, taxes, and shipping fees. Cash refunds will be provided at 90% of the total amount.

Refunds

Refunds are available before the item is shipped. Due to transaction fees, cash refunds will be issued at 90% of the purchase amount. Alternatively, we offer a hassle-free 100% store credit. For orders older than 3 months, refunds may only be issued as store credit.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pre-order price increases before release, we will notify you via email. If you do not respond within 7 days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund or store credit as outlined in our refund policy.

Shipping Pre-Orders

If we determine that the shipping fee was undercharged, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in order cancellation and a 100% store credit. Please update us promptly if your shipping address changes between the order date and the release date.

Pre-Order Status Updates

For inquiries or updates, please contact us via email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger. We will also notify you of any major updates regarding your pre-order, such as production or shipping delays.
